Seemi Pasha is a broadcast journalist and news presenter with close to 20 years of work experience. She has spent a large part of her career working with national news channels like Network 18 and India Today Television, covering politics, gender, and society. She has been working independently as a filmmaker and journalist since 2019.
Seemi’s articles and news-documentaries are frequently published by Indian news websites like The Wire and The Quint. Her essays on the movement against the Citizenship Amendment Act have been published in a book called ‘Shaheen Bagh And The Idea of India’, published by Speaking Tiger.
